Monte & Michele Haiar are the proud new owners of Shamrock Livestock Market. The couple have been married for over 40 years, have 3 children and 10 grandchildren. 

They are very proud to say that the business is family owned & operated.

Monte & Michele are thrilled to carry on a tradition of working alongside their children, as they have for years feeding cattle, checking feed lot pens, doctoring, working and moving cattle.​

Monte brings with him 18 years of cattle buying experience, and previous feed lot management ranging from 1,000 head to 150,000 head for several years. He went to school for auctioneer in 1985 and has practiced ever since. Michele has had numerous years of book work in the cattle industry, from working in the office at feed lots to managing paperwork for Haiar Cattle Company.
